Bringing an essential component to P5 Marketing, Robert Donnell is a long-time expert at utilizing digital tools on the internet to accelerate sales and increase profits. From the beginning of his career, Robert was an early adopter of computers and their role in automating and increasing sales, and wrote some of the first Windows-based electronic catalogs.
Robert received an MSA from Pepperdine University and an MBA from California State University at San Bernardino with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. He began his career in traditional corporate sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, where he started out as a sales representative, moving on to sales manager, director of marketing, and finally V. P. of sales and marketing. In 1990, he co-founded Litmus, Inc., a consulting firm with corporate clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in the United States. In recent years, his clients include many based in Mexico due to Robert’s birth in Honduras and his experience in Latin American business.
Robert’s client know him as someone who quickly grasps marketing opportunities, determines how to capture that opportunity and then executes the resulting plan to increase sales. The combination of his expertise at the application of computer and internet technology and his extensive marketing background led him to bring together a group of talented people with all the disciplines and skills necessary to web based solutions that achieve his client’s goals and deliver great return on their investment.

Irene Donnell brings many years of experience in sales, sales management, sales training programs, product development and brand concept refinement to the P5 Marketing team. For the last 10 years, Irene has specialized in the luxury real estate and residential resort segment of the market. A “start to finish” expert, she ensures that web sites and product concepts are super focused on the target audience, that brand and promotional messages are “results focused vs. just sound good” and that sales teams are trained and managed to execute the sales side of the marketing plan effectively.
Recognizing that women are the fastest growing demographic of buyers worldwide, Irene is our team specialist on women-centric marketing and brings this extremely important and timely component to the P5 Marketing team.
Irene is an accomplished public speaker, and has led personal development seminars and sales and leadership trainings for thousands of participants. She is known and respected for her eye for detail through all phases of the marketing and sales process.

Rene has been designing high search-ranking websites since 2005, both with and without online shopping carts. Holding a BA degree in Business and Computer Science and involved with computing since 1982, he brings specialist level capabilities in web and photo design software such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop and database software MySQL, PHP, FileMaker Pro.
With 12 years’ professional experience as VP of Sales for a major online retailer and as an owner of two successful online stores, CobraCraneUSA.com and HDDGlobal.com, Rene incorporates real world experience in each new web site design.

As a graphic artist and designer with twenty years experience in both print and online marketing, graphics, design and development, Eric’s strengths lie in taking the raw concept to visual elements that make for elegant design and layout. He brings a wealth of design experience from his pre-production, print background gained from six years in the pre-press industry. Eric has worked with a wide variety of industries, has been the Art Director for two large corporations and has 15 years experience as a successful business owner. Eric’s most recent project experience has been online training and information portals for the California Department of Public Health, and the California Office of Emergency Preparedness in conjunction with Mexico’s Office of Emergency Preparedness
Eric is proficient with all the graphics designing and enhancing software, including Adobe Suite CS4: (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, DreamWeaver, Flash), Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

With 20 years of copywriting experience, Wendy’s client list includes real estate developers, international business facilitators, advertising and public relations agencies, technology companies, health and wellness providers, members of the travel and hospitality industry, restaurants, retail marketers, and non-profits. She excels at crafting search optimized web content, succinct and pithy ads, attention-grabbing headlines, descriptive advertorials, down-to-business corporate communications, innovative marketing collateral materials, and imaginative product branding.
In addition to copywriting, Wendy is a well-published feature writer and photographer, particularly specializing in travel, nature, food and pets. She has been licensed as a real estate agent for 25 years, and with a successful sales and marketing managerial background in real estate, retail and non-profits organizations.
